Tait 2009

Milton Keynes

We proved to be an integral part in delivering a great number of high quality retail store designs in Milton Keynes responsible for the design and project management of some of them ourselves.

The Arc, Bury St. Edmunds

We saw the opening of the Arc Shopping Centre, a true success story in retail delivery with an array of quality shop environments that come together to create a high quality retail environment that works with the architecture and townscape.

The Avenue, Cribbs Causeway

We completed the Avenue development at Cribbs Causeway. The project is a great success comprising of 8 restaurants including Carluccio's, Yo Sushi, Cafe Rouge, Patisserie Valerie, Caffe Gusto, McDonalds, KFC and Spud U Like. Tait completed the development with the design of the final restaurant, Caffe Gusto. Tait also designed the state of the art Kidz Play crèche that over looks the Avenue along with the beautiful newly expanded Public toilet facilities which are second to none.

Cribbs Causeway Retail Delivery

Our retail delivery at The Mall included the successfull coordination and project management of the Landlord's work to bring APPLE to Cribbs Causeway.

Crabtree & Evelyn

In 2009 we successfully completed the design and project management of Chichester, Glasgow, Meadowhall, Cardiff and Bristol stores for Crabtree & Evelyn.

Phelans Bespoke Jewellery

Seventeen

Seventeen, Nottinghill Gate is a fantastic new Restaurant development where we created a two level restaurant out of an unused basement space converting it into a high quality Chinese restaurant.

Caffe Gusto

We ended the year with the completion of a fantastic new design concept for award winning Bristol based cafe and sandwich bar, Caffe Gusto. They started the new year in their fabulous new location at Cribbs Causeway.

The Six Peaks Challenge

On a personal note we are pleased to announce that 2009 marked the great success of the Tait team consisting of David Tanner, Jonathan Everitt and Terry Lailey meeting the challenge of 6 Peaks in 36 hours. The 25th April marked the completion of the Three peaks of Yorkshire in under 12 hours and 18th June marks the climb of Ben Nevis, Scafell and Snowden all in under 21 hours. The teams training and hard work along with the generousity of our clients all went to a great cause helping the International Refugee Trust, a small charity who's work is invaluable to so many lives in the developing world.
