International designer, Linda Tait established Tait Design in 1994. The practice is well resourced with talented and committed professional individuals who contribue to its success.

With a wide range of commercial expertise on both sides of the lease line, Tait produces successful design concepts, develops detail design and project manages all aspects of commercial developments.

We have helped many independent retailers grow into strong multiple brands. We carry through our great understanding of the tenant and landlord relationship, and use it to the advantage of both.

Our experience in liaising between landlords and tenants is invaluable in maximizing retail impact for shopping centres and has strengthened our position as retail designers.
